Job summary

OSM Thome Limited is seeking a Firing Line Operator for an offshore fleet project. The role involves operating pipe line conveyors, clamps, and transfer cars in the prefabrication area, with 12-hour shifts and a 112/28 or 56/28 rotation as project dictates.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, logging malfunctions, and ensuring proper work-phase signaling. Travel and training are in line with corporate standards and rotation cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience operating pipe line conveyors, clamps, and support pipe rollers.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the pipe line conveyors and transfer cars in the Double Joint prefabrication area.
• Operate the clamps for the fit up in the J lay tower assembling station.
• Operate the support pipe rollers and transfer cars in the line up stations.
• Report any equipment malfunctioning to the mechanic department.
• Ensure that the green and red light are applied according with the work phases.
• Operate the ILUC and its winches.
• Participate to the Tool box and JSA.

Job Information

• Position: Firing Line Operator.
• Project: Offshore Fleet.
• Location: Worldwide.
• Contract status: 12 months (renewable).
• Start date: Depending on availability.
• Rotation: 112/28 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off project dependent
• Salary: Please indicate your realistic wage expectations in EUR/USD/GBP. Salary is consolidated monthly, paid only when working not when on leave.
• Overtime: Applicable.
• Working hours/ days: 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• Insurances: Provided by Company.
• Travel: According to Corporate Standards, Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle.
• Pre employment expenses: On Company's account.
• Employment: Our client, a drilling and construction contractor.
