Job summary

Web Business Solutions seeks a Fires and Effects Analyst to deliver formal and informal instruction, mentorship, and hands-on coaching across MAGTF operations. You will train Echelon 3 and 4 staffs in FECC/FSCC processes, integrate Fires and Effects with broader planning, and support TAP development for Marine Corps training audiences.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/ten years of relevant experience, plus strong expertise in Joint Targeting and targeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of ten years of directly relevant military, government, or contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides formal and informal instruction, mentorship, over the shoulder coaching, and practical application on the planning, integration, synchronization, coordination, execution, and assessment of Marine Corps and Joint Fires and Effects.
• Trains and mentors Echelon 3 and Echelon 4 staffs in FECC/FSCC processes and procedures.
• Develops training proficiency in integrating Fires and Effects across operational planning, current operations, and execution to support commander objectives and decision making.
• Trains and assesses the integration of Fires and Effects with Operations, Intelligence, Information, Aviation, Logistics, Future Operations, and other staff elements.
• Maintains subject matter expertise and keeps abreast of doctrine and systems used by the Fleet Marine Force.
