Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Joint Fires Subject Matter Expert to support synthetic environment training and mission rehearsal for Joint Fires missions. You will work on live, virtual, and constructive training projects, advising clients on complex systems, policies, and procedures to enhance tactics and outcomes.

The role requires JTAC certification, TS/SCI clearance, and experience in joint, multi-domain operations with a focus on fires planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in kinetic strike operations across joint and multi-domain environments.
• Experience leading Joint Exercise Life Cycle planning from initial coordination to post-exercise assessment.
• Experience integrating Joint Fires into exercise design and execution.
• Ability to communicate with senior staff and military officials for executive dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions for missions in synthetic environment training for live, virtual, and constructive environments.
• Support mission rehearsal in synthetic environments and defense mission planning.
• Advise clients on complex systems, policies, and processes to improve tactics and procedures.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems and policies related to Joint Fires operations.
