Job summary

Glowing Hearth & Home in Coon Rapids is seeking a motivated Fireplace Sales Associate to guide customers through the fireplace selection process and manage the full sales cycle from initial consult to order completion.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and Saturday availability. Bachelor’s degree is a plus. We offer health, dental, 401K, training, and growth opportunities in a family-owned company.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Assist with showroom events, training, and inventory as needed.

Glowing Hearth & Home is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Fireplace Sales Associate to join our Coon Rapids showroom. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established, family-owned company with over 24 years of experience in fireplace sales, installation, and service.

We are a leading fireplace company serving Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, specializing in gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplaces, outdoor fireplaces, fire pit tables, and custom stonework. With three showrooms and strong builder partnerships, we are known for exceptional craftsmanship and customer service from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the fireplace selection process using a consultative sales approach
