Glowing Hearth & Home in Coon Rapids is seeking a motivated Fireplace Sales Associate to guide customers through the fireplace selection process and manage the full sales cycle from initial consult to order completion.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and Saturday availability. Bachelor’s degree is a plus. We offer health, dental, 401K, training, and growth opportunities in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement, appliances, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Interest or knowledge in interior design or home remodeling trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or interior design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the fireplace selection process using a consultative sales approach.
• Develop customized solutions based on each customer’s home, style, and project needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through order completion and follow-up.
• Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Assist with showroom events, training, and inventory as needed.
