You’ll work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, in showroom and in-home estimates, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects and guide them toward the best fireplace solutions for their homes.
• Showcase fireplace products, build rapport with clients, answer questions, explain product differences, and close sales by understanding customer needs.
• Assist customers in showroom or conduct in-home estimates, maintain organized workflows, return phone calls promptly, and stay informed on product availability and industry developments.
• Create engaging fireplace displays, cultivate referrals, exceed sales goals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

As our Fireplace Sales Rep, you will personally connect with prospects and guide them toward the best fireplace solutions for their homes. You will showcase fireplace products, build rapport with clients, answer questions, explain product differences, and confidently close sales by understanding customer needs. Whether you’ll be assisting customers in our showroom or conducting in-home estimates, you will maintain organized workflows, return phone calls promptly, and stay informed on product availability and industry developments. You will also create engaging fireplace displays, cultivate referrals, exceed sales goals, and use your industry knowledge to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
