Job summary

Ozark's Modern Insulation, part of the IBP family, is seeking a skilled Fireplace Installer to help homeowners achieve the perfect setting with high-quality installations. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for installing products per manufacturer specs, keeping work areas clean, following codes and OSHA safety rules, and supporting the team with proper tool use and documentation.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of installing or repairing gas, wood-burning, or pellet fireplaces.
• Experience in finish carpentry or residential construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness of vehicles and jobsite after installation.
• Install products to manufacturer specifications and follow state codes.
• Submit installation photos to supervisor and complete labor detail sheets weekly.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain DOT Medical card.
• Report installation setbacks to supervisor and load materials safely.

Key responsibilities:

• Cleanliness of vehicles
• Jobsite clean-up after completion of installation.
• Installing products to manufacturer specifications.
• Following state code enforcement
• Proper care and use of tools
• Submitting installation photos to supervisor.
• Complete provided educational training is needed.
• Follow OSHA safety standards.
• Retain DOT Medical Examination Card.
• Report installation and final setbacks to the supervisor
• Complete ladder check daily in monthly.
• Safely and securely load material and tools.

Role Requirements:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license
