Mill Creek Lumber and Supply Company is seeking a dedicated Fireplace Installation Helper to support on-site installation of wood-burning and gas fireplaces. You will learn from lead installers, assist with site preparation, and help ensure installations meet code and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and strong communication with customers and team members. HVAC or carpentry exposure is advantageous; you will be trained on-site to build your skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install fireplace parts, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and connections.
• Collaborate with lead installers, contractors, and customers to meet requirements.
• Assist with maintenance and minor repairs on fireplaces and related components.
• Maintain records of materials used and hours worked for billing and inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Fireplace Installation Helper to join our team. As a Fireplace Installation Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of various types of fireplaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
