Your Responsibilities

• Fireplace Apprentice is an entry-level position that learns to install, maintain, and repair wood, gas, and electric fireplace systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Fireplace Apprentice to join our team.
• This hands‑on role is designed for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade from the ground up.
• You will work alongside lead installers and technicians to master fireplace installations, venting, and safety standards, with clear opportunities for career advancement.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required: Local Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

Length of Service Award Compensation Range $13.00 - $30.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
