Job summary

Gulfshoresal is seeking a dedicated firefighter/EMT to protect lives and property in Wisconsin. You will perform fire suppression, drive apparatus, and administer ALS/BLS care as part of a MICU crew, following department policies and medical control directions.

You will also engage in drills, community programs, and equipment maintenance while adhering to safety standards and working under the supervision of a Company Officer.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Related firefighting/EMS experience preferred.
• Certifications in EMS are required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire suppression activities including driving apparatus and laying hose.
• Administer basic and advanced life support as part of MICU crew.
• Respond to medical and fire emergencies with appropriate protocols.
• Participate in training, drills and safety programs.
• Maintain equipment, inspect facilities, and complete reports.
