Job summary

Qualifications

• Florida Paramedic certification is required.
• Florida Firefighters’ Standards certification is required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with Class E endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and participate in on-scene operations under supervision.
• Maintain firefighting skills and knowledge of basic curriculum.
• Provide medical care and assist EMTs/paramedics on emergency scenes.
• Perform duties such as patient assessment, airway management, CPR, and extrication.
• Attend mandatory training and comply with department policies.
