Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Firefighter-EMT. The Firefighter-EMT is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect, deterring crime and reporting suspicious acts at or near posts.

The role requires EMT license with CPR/AED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass physical/SCBA tests, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have Health License as EMT and CPR/AED certification.
• Must pass physical and SCBA Fit Test.
• Hazardous Materials Technician Certification preferred.
• Must obtain Confined Space and Rope Rescue Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Protect facilities and deter crimes while ensuring safety.
• Detect and report suspicious or unsafe acts at or near posts.
• Respond to emergencies, fight fires, and perform BLS.
• Operate SCBA and power tools, climb ladders as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
