Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gun Vault Specialist in Oregon to manage backroom firearm processes, ensure compliance with ATF and state laws, and support both gun counter sales and hunting merchandise sales. The role requires accurate inventory, secure handling, and training participation.

You'll interact with customers, provide product information, and help maintain a safe, organized gun room and retail floor while following company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of Retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under Federal and State law.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify firearms and related paperwork daily.
• Dispose firearms to licensed dealers per policy and law.
• Maintain firearm inventory and fulfill ARMS transactions.
• Conduct monthly firearm audits and compliance checks.
• Assist customers at Gun Counter and with hunting merchandise.
