Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years retail firearms experience.
• 21+ years old and legally able to own firearms.
• Strong knowledge of ATF/State regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receives/acquires incoming firearms and updates ARMS daily.
• Disposes firearms to licensed dealers per policy.
• Performs monthly firearm audits.
• Completes ATF forms and background checks in compliance.
• Maintains clean, stocked work area and ships firearms per policy.
• Provides firearm product knowledge and customer service at Gun Counter.
