Bass Pro Shops in Warren, OH is seeking a Gun Vault Specialist to oversee backroom firearms processes, ARMS inventory, and ATF/compliance adherence. The role includes counter sales of firearms and customer service for hunting merchandise.

You will handle inbound/outbound firearms, perform audits, assist with forms, and keep the area organized and secure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be able to legally own and possess Firearms under Federal and State Law.

Responsibilities

• Receive/acquire firearms and verify documentation with ARMS by end of day.
• Dispose firearms to licensed dealers and verify disposition data.
• Conduct monthly firearms audits.
• Complete ATF forms and background checks for transfers.
• Provide firearms and hunting merchandise sales and customer service.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper stocking.
