Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gun Vault Specialist in Saint Charles, MO to manage backroom firearms processes and provide expert customer service at the gun counter. You will handle firearms in compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate inventory.

The role requires knowledge of ARMS, ATF forms, and state regulations, along with strong attention to detail and safety. You will train and assist staff while ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under Federal and State law.

Responsibilities

• Receive firearms and verify accuracy using ARMS by end of day.
• Dispose firearms to dealers or stores and document disposition data.
• Conduct monthly firearms audits.
• Complete ATF and state paperwork for background checks and transfers.
• Provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise.
