Magpul is seeking a Product Technical Support Representative to own the customer experience in Cheyenne, WY. This in-office role focuses on technical and product support, issue resolution, and customer communication.

You will document interactions in CRM, process orders through ERP, and collaborate with shipping and production to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, 2+ years in high-volume customer service or tech support, and knowledge of firearms

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in customer service and/or technical support in a high-volume call environment.
• Knowledge of firearms platforms a must.
• Experience in the firearms industry a plus.
• Ability to do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).

Responsabilités

• Research technical issues reported by customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or website submission.
• Receive and manage customer complaints and resolution process.
• Explain complex ideas and concepts in a clear, respectful manner.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
• Process orders using the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production/shipping to expedite missing or delayed shipments.
• Provide timely order status information to customers.
• Offer feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Travel up to 5%.
