Job summary

CMMG is seeking a Tech Support (Firearms) specialist to troubleshoot and repair firearms, ensuring products meet factory specs and safety standards. The role requires clear communication with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

You will enter repair data in SAP/CRM systems, support returns processing, and contribute to product safety improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in technical support, customer service, or similar roles.
• Experience with firearms or military background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot firearm concerns as the primary priority.
• Communicate technical findings and repair outcomes to customers via phone or email.
• Perform precision repairs to meet factory specifications and safety standards.
• Document findings and route returns (repair, scrap, reuse) accurately.
• Enter and maintain warranty, repair, and order data in SAP/CRM systems.
