Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms in Chattanooga to greet customers, assess needs and guide buying decisions at the gun counter. The role includes promoting programs, maintaining compliance with ATF and state regulations, and ensuring merchandise is organized and accurately displayed.

The position focuses on customer service excellence, firearms and ammunition sales, and supporting seasonal floor moves while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Familiarity with ATF and state regulations.
• Experience in customer service and gun counter sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs at the firearms counter.
• Provide information, advice and assistance to customers on products.
• Promote Bass Pro CLUB memberships and in-store services.
• Maintain firearm display areas and ensure pricing and signage accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, stocking and merchandising on the floor.
