Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and provide world-class service.
• Handle firearms questions and assist with purchases following all safety procedures.
• Complete Form 4473 and background check documentation accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of firearms, ammunition, reloading, and optics.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards and explain benefits.
• Assist with freight/stocking when needed.
• Attend product training and store meetings.
