Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Firearms Sales Associate for days, evenings, and weekends in Sandy, UT. You will greet customers, answer firearms questions, and assist with purchases while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1–3 months of cashiering experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to firearms compliance.
• Excellent customer service and sales-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Process firearm paperwork, including Form 4473, licensing, and background checks.
• Demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling.
• Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale.
• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Grow personal sales by meeting minimum goals and following Scheels sales standards.
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
• Attend product training and store meetings; maintain professional appearance.
