Bass Pro Shops Irvine seeks a Part Time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to provide expert customer service at the firearms counter and support floor sales of hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain products, and assist with sales until checkout, while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms, stocking merchandise, staying knowledgeable on promotions, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience 0–2 years preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to comply with firearms safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service at the firearms counter.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and accessories.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain firearm and merchandise presentation and stock levels on the floor.
