Job summary

Frontier Justice is seeking a Firearms Sales Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain daily operations in the firearms department. You will greet clients, guide them through purchases, and ensure compliance with ATF Form 4473 and state/federal laws.

The role requires strong firearms knowledge (or willingness to train), leadership on the sales floor, and the ability to coach team members while maintaining high safety standards and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working around firearms with safety commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand long hours on concrete floors.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guide them through purchasing experience.
• Drive sales performance and meet departmental revenue goals.
• Coach and support sales associates to improve performance and service.
• Cross-sell firearms, accessories, memberships, and range services.
• Maintain compliance with ATF Form 4473 and applicable laws.
• Ensure daily operations, cleanliness, and accurate records in POS systems.
