Job summary

GrabAGun is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to manage storefront counter operations, process firearm transactions, Form 4473 documentation, and NICS checks in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of firearms, ability to meet federal/state requirements, and excellent communication. On-site in Coppell/Farmers Branch with daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to follow strict compliance documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers visiting the GrabAGun storefront.
• Process firearm transactions and ATF Form 4473 documentation accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Verify customer eligibility and accurately submit NICS background checks.
• Maintain accurate daily Form 4473 counts, records, and compliance documentation.
• Follow all firearm safety, handling, storage, and security procedures.
• Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional storefront and sales counter.
• Manage and maintain local product orders.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain incoming inventory and shipments.
• Communicate professionally with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Stay current on applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws and company compliance policies.
• Support store management with administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
