Vance Outdoors, Inc. in Lebanon, OH seeks a Sales Associate Lead to drive customer service and support the department or store manager. You will assist with sales, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with BATFE/NFA policies, while promoting a positive work culture and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising 15-40 staff, training, and coordinating with departments to maintain staffing and security, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with POS and payroll systems is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documents.

Responsabilités

• Assists with all aspects of customer service (internal and external customers alike).
• Assists with inventory to and from the bound books, warehouse, and sales floor.
• Promotes a positive culture within the department/store.
• Adheres to BATFE/NFA regulations and company policies.
