Job summary

Sportsman’s Warehouse is seeking an Outfitters to help create an unforgettable in-store experience. You will greet customers, identify needs, share product knowledge across departments, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

You will assist with merchandising, stock management, and processing transactions while collaborating with leadership to meet sales and service goals, all while upholding safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs, provide product recommendations, and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across multiple departments to assist merchandise selection and answer questions.
