Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet customers.
• Provide product recommendations and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandising standards and rotate merchandise.
• Receive, unload, and process incoming freight with accuracy.
• Assist with backroom organization, inventory counts, and price changes.
• Operate equipment and ensure safety on the sales floor.
• Support seasonal transitions and store resets.
• Collaborate with Outfitters and leadership to meet goals.
