Peninsula Guns is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in San Bruno, CA. You will assist customers with firearm, ammunition, optic, and accessory purchases while delivering knowledgeable, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

We value a professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with first-time buyers and seasoned enthusiasts alike. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in firearms, sporting goods, outdoor products, automotive, luxury retail, or another customer-focused sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers, identifying their needs, and making appropriate product recommendations.
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories is strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn California firearm laws, regulations, and store procedures.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
