SALES ASSOCIATE - FIREARMS RETAIL PENINSULA GUNS | SAN BRUNO, CA FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Peninsula Guns is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. We are an established Bay Area firearms retailer serving customers ranging from first-time firearm owners to experienced enthusiasts and law enforcement professionals. We are looking for someone who can provide knowledgeable, friendly service while representing our business professionally.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in firearms, sporting goods, outdoor products, automotive, luxury retail, or another customer-focused sales environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching customers, identifying their needs, and making appropriate product recommendations
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories is strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn California firearm laws, regulations, and store procedures
• Professional appearance and demeanor; dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Weekend availability is preferred

LAW ENFORCEMENT & MILITARY

Current or former law enforcement and military personnel are strongly encouraged to apply. Relevant professional firearms experience is highly valued.
