United Defense Tactical is seeking a skilled Firearms Instructor to join our team. You will conduct training sessions, teach firearm safety, handling, and shooting techniques, and work with our state-of-the-art training tools including threat-based simulators and live-fire exercises.

The role involves guiding individuals and groups, maintaining equipment and range safety, and staying current with industry developments.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adhere to UDT's extensive curriculum.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as firearms Instructor or law enforcement officer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of firearm safety and handling protocols.
• Familiarity with a variety of firearms and their operation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor range environment.
• Possess necessary certifications and licenses for instructing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct members using UDT's threat-based reality simulator.
• Teach force-on-force and self-defense training courses.
• Conduct firearms training sessions for individuals and groups, including safety, handling, and shooting techniques.
• Teach proper firearm safety rules and protocols.
• Maintain training equipment and facility.
• Monitor and maintain a safe range environment during training.
• Evaluate participants' performance and provide feedback.
