United Defense Tactical seeks a skilled Firearms Instructor to deliver training to clients using state-of-the-art simulators and live-fire ranges. You will conduct safety-focused sessions and advanced techniques for individuals and groups, emphasizing real-world readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a firearms Instructor or law enforcement officer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of firearm safety and handling protocols.
• Familiarity with a variety of firearms and their operation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor range environment.
• Possess necessary certifications and licenses for instructing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct members using United Defense Tactical's threat-based simulator and live-fire training.
• Teach force-on-force and self-defense training courses.
• Conduct firearms training sessions for individuals and groups, including safety, handling, and shooting techniques.
• Teach proper firearm safety rules and range protocols to ensure participant safety.
• Maintain training equipment and facility.
• Monitor and maintain a safe range environment during sessions.
• Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry developments, equipment, and training techniques.
