Key Responsibilities:

Conduct firearms training courses for civilians, focusing on safety, accuracy, and defensive shooting tactics.

Provide hands-on instruction in a classroom, training facility, and live-fire range setting.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and range regulations.

Adapt training programs to fit different skill levels and learning styles.

Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Maintain a professional and safe training environment.

Stay current on best practices, laws, and regulations related to firearms training.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in firearms instruction and defensive tactics.

Certified Firearms Instructor credentials (e.g., NRA, USCCA, or equivalent) preferred.
