Job summary

SIG SAUER is seeking a Sales Associate I for the Sig Experience Center (SEC) in the United States. The role focuses on direct customer sales, product information, order status, and conflict resolution, supporting SEC management and staff to drive marketing and sales initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong firearms knowledge, and 1+ years of firearms retail sales. Candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• 1+ years of sales and merchandising experience within a firearms retail environment.
• Strong organization and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in firearms knowledge and handling.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of presenting a positive, professional image of the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct salesperson for SEC customers with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Maintain correspondence with customers and resolve sales issues.
• Upsell and promote merchandise, Academy training, and services.
• Abide by ATF regulations and compliance policies.
• Open and close the SEC operations.
• Maintain open communication between management and SEC staff.
• Perform other duties assigned by SEC Store and Assistant/Inventory manager.
