Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time Firearm Sales Outfitter to assist customers at the gun counter and provide knowledgeable service. You will help with firearm and related merchandise sales, ensuring compliance and a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, and promoting club programs while maintaining accurate 4473 forms and up-to-date product knowledge for firearms and ammunition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition required.
• Familiarity with ATF and state regulations (GCA).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with firearm purchases and provide informed guidance.
• Maintain firearm counter and general merchandise presentation.
• Promote programs such as CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and organized; stay product knowledge ready.

## Firearm Sales - Part TimeApply: Grapevine, TX: Part time: Posted Today: End Date: October 30, 2026 (30 days left to apply): R268969***POSITION SUMMARY:***The Sales Outfitter - Firearms is responsible for maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with Floor and Counter Sales of other Hunting Merchandise. They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
