Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Fire/water estimator/priority responder to support restoration projects. You will create preliminary estimates, review site documentation, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure accurate records. The role requires at least 2 years in restoration and knowledge of Xactimate, plus willingness to be on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of restoration experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in Xactimate.
• Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 2 years of restoration experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in Xactimate
• Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation
• Have a good driving record

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends as needed
