Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Fire/Water Estimator/Priority Responder to join our team in a hands-on role focused on assessing project requirements and organizing restoration projects.

You will serve as the liaison to customers, organize documentation, and support teammates in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restoration experience, is proficient in Xactimate, and can handle on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in Xactimate.
• At least 2 years of restoration experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.

The Estimator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 2 years of restoration experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in Xactimate
• Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation
• Have a good driving record

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends as needed
