Servpro Industries is seeking a Fire & Water Mitigation Lead at our location in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role offers a career path and manager-in-training opportunities. The successful candidate will have previous restoration experience, a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Competitive compensation along with medical, dental, and vision insurances are included.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and set up staging areas for projects.
• Communicate efficiently with management and technicians.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Ensure job site is clean at the end of work.

Skills

Restoration experience: fire, water, mold remediation

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Ability to work in tight spaces

Ability to work with cleaning agents
