Servpro is hiring a Fire & Water Mitigation Lead at our Florida location! This role includes career pathing and manager-in-training opportunities, as well as a hiring bonus of $1,500.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous restoration experience: fire, water, mold remediation
• On Call Duties
  
• Authorized to Work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• Overtime, to meet the needs of our customers
