Job summary

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking a Fire Instructor (adjunct) to plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate lesson plans in the fire field, including Firefighter I & II classes. The instructor will engage students with diverse learning styles and assess outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering course content, providing feedback, maintaining records, coordinating with support services, and using college technology and learning management systems to ensure successful instruction.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Fire Service Instructor with at least one year of experience.
• Experience delivering Firefighter I & II classes.
• Ability to work with diverse learners.
