Qualifications

• 4+ years in installation/maintenance of low voltage systems.
• NICET Level 2 certification required/preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, submittals, and manuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems at sites.
• Ensure compliance with life-safety codes and standards.
• Program, test, inspect, and train customers on installations.
• Submit documentation on tasks, productivity, and activities promptly.
• Diagnose malfunctions and minimize downtime while coordinating with customers.
• Build strong customer relations through clear communication and service.
• Keep vehicle stocked and organized; assist with technician training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
