SALARY up to $25/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test fire alarm and sprinkler systems and their components to ensure proper functionality.
• Document deficiencies and ensure customers understand their system's operation.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Follow all safety regulations and practices.
• Maintain a willingness for continuous learning.
• Adhere to Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
• Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by management.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sprinkler or fire alarm experience.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with electronic testing devices.
• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements and obtain vendor certifications.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fire alarm manufacturer's certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of IT systems.
• NICET certification.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Lift and carry at least 75 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 12 feet and work at heights exceeding 40 feet.
• Exposure to outdoor weather, temperature variations, and loud noises.
• Ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands and arms as needed.
