Grunau Company is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to grow their fire sprinkler and alarm inspection business in Pennsylvania. This position requires building relationships in the Manufacturing, Industrial, and Warehouse sectors, focusing on client acquisition and service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a background in outside sales, a valid driver's license, and good organizational skills. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $85,000 plus a compounding bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of documented outside hunting/new-logo sales experience.
• Ability to defend premium pricing against competitors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new fire system inspection clients in designated territories.
• Cross-sell services to existing customers.
• Negotiate and close multi-year inspection agreements.
