Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and manage customer orders with accuracy and correct pricing.
• Deliver prompt, professional support via phone, email, and follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries, provide product recommendations, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate order docs and customer records with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to provide timely product info and responses.
• Process returns efficiently and resolve escalated issues.

• Support marketing initiatives and regional mailing lists as needed.
