Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy, pricing, and timely processing.
• Deliver prompt, professional customer support through phone, email, and follow-up communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for additional needs.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and customer records with attention to detail.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to provide product information and timely responses.
• Process customer returns and resolve escalated issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate customer communications, including order updates and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and order fulfillment.
• Support marketing initiatives, including regional mailing lists maintenance.
• Ensure all communications align with company standards and compliance.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
