Job summary

Control Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Technician to install, service, inspect and repair fire sprinkler systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with keen attention to NFPA codes.

Qualifications

Experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, or both.
NICET 2 certification required.
Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire protection standards.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Dual certification (fire alarm and sprinkler) is a plus.
Proficiency with inspection software is an asset.

Responsibilities

Install, service, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems and related fire protection equipment.
Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and necessary repairs.
Complete detailed inspection and service reports using inspection software.
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Respond promptly to emergency service calls when required.
