Job summary

Rockstar Recruiting is seeking NICET II Fire Sprinkler Technicians for AR coverage (Springdale, Fort Smith, Salem Springs and surrounding areas). This national employee-owned organization offers strong compensation, 401k matching, and employee ownership on a growing path.

Technicians inspect, test, install and service water and air-based fire suppression systems in commercial healthcare and industrial settings, with a 7:00am–3:00pm shift, Monday to Friday, plus on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• NICET II license required for water-based inspections (fire sprinkler)
• 4+ years' experience installing, servicing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems
• Knowledge of NFPA 10, NFPA 13/17/17A and applicable fire codes
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR; ability to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, install and service water and air-based fire suppression systems and related equipment
• Work in commercial healthcare and industrial settings
• Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes

Fire Sprinkler Technicians will inspect, test, install, and service a variety of water and air-based fire suppression and controls systems, valves, pipelines, fire pumps, and related equipment in commercial healthcare, and industrial settings.

FIRE SPRINKLER TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NICET II or higher (water-based inspections) license required
• At least four (4) years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of fire sprinkler systems
• Knowledgeable in NFPA 10, NFPA 17-17A and fire codes
• Backflow Certification an asset
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal, Driving, Drug)

SHIFT

Days, 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday). Rotating on-call. OT after 40 hours.
