Job summary

Everon is seeking a dedicated Fire Sprinkler Technician to service and maintain commercial sprinkler systems, under supervision. You will perform repairs, diagnostics, documentation, and ensure adherence to safety and codes.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with wet, dry, deluge, or pre-action systems, plus a valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School/Vocational training.
• 1+ year of experience in all fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, deluge, and pre-action).
• Understanding of NFPA codes (NFPA 13, 13(R), 13(D), 14, 20, 24) and local codes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, policies, and procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Services and repairs fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial applications.
• Performs preventative and routine maintenance as well as emergency service calls.
• Troubleshoots/diagnoses and identifies malfunctioning sprinkler systems.
• Replaces or repairs malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
• Prepares accurate and timely documentation for work performed and maintains truck inventory.
