Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a licensed sprinkler technician to join our Massachusetts installation team. You will modify and install sprinkler systems per engineering drawings, working with pipe, fittings, valves and related materials.

A team player with a strong work ethic is essential on our on-site projects. Qualified candidates hold MA or RI fire sprinkler licenses and 4–5 years’ field experience, reading blueprints and understanding system components.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts fire sprinkler license required.
• 4–5 years’ experience installing various Fire Sprinkler Systems as Licensed Technician.
• Experience reading blueprints and knowledge of fire sprinkler components.
• Valid driver’s license and meet company driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Modify and install sprinkler systems per fire protection drawings.
• Handle pipe, fittings, valves, and related materials.
• Collaborate with engineering team and be a team player.
• Maintain safety standards on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position you modify and/or install sprinkler systems per fire protection drawings from our engineering team. Position involves handling pipe, fittings, valves, and other material. Must be a team player and have a strong work ethic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Rhode Island or Massachusetts fire sprinkler licenses are required.
• 4 to 5 years’ experience installing various types of Fire Sprinkler Systems as a Licensed Technician.
• Experience preferred with installing fire pumps, dry systems, CVPC systems, ability to read blueprints and have a working knowledge of all other components of a Fire Sprinkler System.
• Candidate must be comfortable climbing a ladder for work.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s driver requirements.
