Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking individuals for complete Fire Protection Systems installation/service across industrial, commercial and some residential projects. This on-site role is based at our West Mobile, Alabama district office and requires understanding NFPA codes, hydraulic calculations, and material lists for fire sprinkler systems.

You will join a growing team with apprenticeship pathways, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement within a nationwide fire protection leader.

Qualifications

• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Experience in Fire Sprinkler/Protection Installation, Service or Design.
• NICET certification preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience running multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to install, diagnose, and repair fire protection equipment
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs and operational product manuals.
• Exhibit effective customer service skills, consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation, travel or work weekends, as necessary.

Arena Fire Protection recently joined the Impact Fire Services team and is a subsidiary company to Impact Fire Services. We are a professional firm providing top tier fire protection services helping to reduce the risk of fire-related incidents for the commercial, residential & industrial industries. We specialize in fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire suppression, CCTV, access controls and monitoring systems with locations in Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.

This position is located out of our West Mobile, Alabama district office.

JOB SUMMARY

Complete Fire Protection Systems installation/service for all types of new and existing fire sprinkler projects. Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelines

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
