Impact Fire Services in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled professional to oversee Fire Protection Systems installation for diverse projects including Industrial, Commercial, and some Residential. You will interpret NFPA guidelines, perform hydraulic calculations, and coordinate installation with multiple trades.

The role emphasizes design awareness, field surveying, and budget management while supporting apprenticeship programs and ongoing training opportunities.

This position is located in Austin, Texas.

Oversee Fire Protection Systems installation for all types of new and existing projects. Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS

• NICET certification preferred but not required
• Fire sprinkler experience
• General mechanical knowledge
• Experience in Fire Protection Installation or Design

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated competency in verbal and written business communication skills.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Company guidelines
• Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee installation labor on assigned projects

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
